Ginger Essential Oil

Ginger, Zingiber officinale is a flowering plant whose rhizome commonly known as ginger root or ginger, is widely used as a spice which has a slightly biting taste

It grows to a height of about one metre with purple flowers arising directly from the rhizome on separate shoots. The leaves are about 15 to 30 cm long.
